Two products of our own, both live. We built them, launched them and run them day to day. Each has its own site, linked below.
A customer asks on the shop's own site. The assistant answers using that shop's own products and prices, takes the order from the conversation, and records it. No app to install, on either side.
What it does
- Answers from the shop's own menu, prices and hours, and nothing else.
- Turns a chat into an itemised order in one list, for the owner to accept.
- Never confirms a price, a slot or stock by itself. A person accepts every order.
- Hands the chat to staff when it needs a person, and takes it back when they are done.
- Works in English, Malay and Chinese.
A compliance team enters a name. CekapAI checks it against sanctions lists, politically exposed persons and adverse news in Southeast Asian languages, then returns a risk score with the sources behind it and a record a regulator can audit.
What it does
- Screens people and companies against sanctions lists, politically exposed persons and adverse media.
- Reads news in ten Southeast Asian languages, not only English.
- Gives a risk score from 0 to 100, with the reason in plain words and the sources behind it.
- Keeps a record of every check that cannot be changed afterwards, ready for a regulator.
- Used from its own web app, or connected to an existing system.
