03 · Method
Every stage has a date and something you get at the end.
We are new as a studio, but not new to building. Thirteen years in the industry, most recently leading engineering on a production LLM platform used by Malaysian enterprises. Still, look at the process, not a client list. Nothing here gets discovered halfway through.
A two-person studio. One of us owns your project from start to handover, so you always know who you are talking to. What protects you if we are not around is the code and documentation you already own, not our headcount.

You own what we build.
Most AI tools sold here are rented. Stop paying and the work disappears with your data.
Work larger than one build is split into phases. Each phase is scoped and priced on its own, and each one leaves you with something that works. You can stop at any boundary and keep what is built.
05 · Proof
One system of ours, already running.
We do not have a client list yet, so here is the next best thing. This is something we built, launched and run ourselves, on the same setup your build would sit on.
Ordering and answering, on the shop's own website
A customer asks on the shop's own site. The assistant answers using that shop's own products and prices, takes the order from the conversation, and records it. No app to install, on either side.
