Clinics and wellness

The front desk cannot answer the phone and the walk-in at once.

So one of them waits. Usually the phone, which is the booking you never find out you lost.

What actually costs you

01

Booking needs a human every time

Every appointment costs a phone call, and every phone call costs the person standing in front of you.

02

No-shows are found out on the day

Nobody has time to confirm the day before, so an empty slot is discovered when it is too late to fill.

03

Follow-ups depend on memory

The six-month recall happens if someone remembers to look. Mostly nobody looks.

What we build

Booking without the call

Patients book, reschedule and cancel in the channel they already message you in.

Reminders that go out on their own

Confirmations the day before, so an empty slot is known early enough to fill.

Recalls that do not need remembering

Follow-ups scheduled from the record, not from someone's memory.

Where does patient data sit?

In your database, on your infrastructure. We do not hold it, and it is exportable any day. That is the same ownership rule we apply to every build.

Is this compliant with PDPA?

The architecture is built so the data never leaves your control, which is the hard part. We are not your lawyers, and we will tell you plainly where a compliance question needs one.

Is this your problem too?

Tell us what is slowing you down. We reply within one working day, and we will say if we are the wrong studio for it.
